RS Engineering

RSE was founded in 2003 by Robert D. Rayl, PE and Thomas D. Sereseroz, PE. Since then, we have expanded our team to over 20 professionals including 15 licensed engineers; diversified our services to over 25 MDOT service classifications; extended our geographic reach to the entire State of Michigan; and have become leaders in the consulting engineering industry through our active participation in various professional associations.
