Step 1 – Find Your Device
GadgetPickup.com offers easy process to evaluate the brand, model, and condition of your gadget. Once we get the device, we will review it and update you with any changes. If you weren’t sure what to choose, we will adjust the quote properly. Customer service is our number one priority.

Step 2 – Send your device to us
We provide Free UPS/USPS Shipping Label for all our trade-ins. Print it out, pack and ship the item(s) you would like to sell.

Your shipping label valid for 14 days to ship out and make sure you get the best price. Items sent after 14 day period will be adjusted to reflect the prices offered at the date the item is received.

We highly recommend that you pack your item(s) carefully to avoid any damage while in transit. The best way is to bubble wrap the device evenly before putting into a package. Drop your package off in your local UPS/USPS location and obtain a drop off receipt. It minimizes any risks during transportation.

Step 3 – Get Paid
After we receive and review your item(s) you will get payment along with the method you’ve selected. We have three options to pay you – Check, PayPal or Zelle.

If your offer is modified for any reason, you will have 3 days to respond to our adjusted offer email. If you are not satisfied we will return your device back. In case we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will go ahead and send your payment in the corrected offer amount.

Last of all, if there are no alterations to your offer, we will initiate your payment within 48 business hours of receiving your device(s).
